MICHAEL JACKSON: YOU DON’T HAVE 2 REMEMBER THE TIME 2 CALL [TOPSPIN REFIX]

I like to call this one the ‘COULD’VE BEEN RMX’. Way back in the early 2000’s (LOL) when THE NEPTUNES were at their peak as the go-to producers of the industry, a lot of talk was out there about how Michael Jackson had passed on their submissions to his 2001 ‘INVINCIBLE’ album. Earlier the same year, Usher released his opus ‘8701’ [which would eventually go DIAMOND] & its 3rd hit single ‘You Don’t Have To Call’. From the first time I heard it (ESPECIALLY when the bridge kicks in), I couldn’t help thinking that MJ woulda KILLED this, & via yours truly, here’s what it would’ve / could’ve sounded like. Enjoy.
